Heliup 3rd Bearing Upgrade

The 3rd bearing mod eliminates any flex in the drive train, resulting in a much more rigid frame and smooth power transmission. The newly designed anti-rotation arm allows maximum swash plate movement.
With this mod the main mast is lowered by 5mm resulting in a more reactive heli. Parts shown in pics can change without notice.

This set includes the 3rd bearing and installation hardware plus a replacement anti-rotation arm for the head.

Heliup Landing Gear Reinforcement

A must for turbine smooth high speed running and accurate cyclic response. Crafted from solid in a single fully automated machining operation this headblock is supremely accurate, very strong and light.

Fitting this component will instantly increase control resolution and reduce the vibration often associated with the original moulded plastic unit. All standard head parts and bearings can be easily transferred and no set-up changes are required.

Just 2 grammes heavier than the standard plastic block and available in "Satin" Silver, Blue, Purple and Red finish.

Alloy Bell-Hiller Mixing Levers

These control levers are both strong and light and perfect for the high control loads encountered during demanding 3D style flying.

Machined from solid and fitted with twin bearings for zero side movement and high durability. Control balls are stainless steel with M2 fixing threads and 1.5mm internal hex wrench fitting and can be installed in a choice of 3 mixing ratios to suit flying styles and pitch requirements.

Supplied in pairs complete with hardened steel socket cap style mounting screws and stainless steel bearing shims

QUK EOLO - Alloy Swashplate

QUICK UK

This superb fully cnc machined swashplate uses a high quality radial bearing and an aviation grade PTFE lined chrome steel centre swivel ball. The main bearing features special pre-load adjusters to eliminate any play and allow future re-tensioning. Fully removable stainless steel control balls feature 1.5mm allen key fittings.

At just 18 grammes this unit is identical in weight to the standard plastic swashplate but offers exceptional rigidity and high resolution. A "sixth" ball has been fitted opposite the one required for the driver arm so as to provide a fully balanced assembly. The overall thickness of the swashplate has also been reduced by 2.5mm compared to the original and so allows an increased collective travel.

Available in "Satin" Silver, Blue, Purple and Red outer with contrasting silver inner section.

QUK EOLO - Alloy Tail Drive Bearing Block

QUICK UK

This component has been designed to prevent movement of the tail drive pinion gear. Often the threads in the original plastic unit are overtightened and damaged resulting in the gear lifting out of correct mesh. Our alloy unit provides secure threads that can be fully tightened time after time.

Supplied complete with shorter M2.5 socket screws for minimal weight, new bearings are pre-installed. The completed assembly is no heavier than the stock plastic part.

Available in "Satin" Silver, Blue, Purple and Red finish.
